The pride which you hold will create a value in it.

Pride is the most important feeling in our life to become successful. Pride in whatever we do, keeps us confidence on that. Pride in the Country, society, organisation you work, family, parents and pride in the self are most important feeling in our life. The moment we lose little pride, it shows up in the work what we do,   “Missing pride cannot deliver the best”.

“The pride which you hold for something will create a value in it”. Without the value in it we cannot see the best, it shows off in my work.

Pride is considered to be a positive emotion and is observed in human beings throughout the world. It is fostered through positive approval received from others and is associated with success and satisfaction. Feelings of pride serve to enhance an individual’s self-concept. When pride is at stake, individuals are motivated to work longer and harder to achieve success. Pride serves individuals and groups positively, however, experienced pride may lead individuals to feel special and entitled. When they are, they experience hubristic pride. Hubristic(excessive) pride is harmful and dangerous.

In the name of pride, sport participants cheat, engage in violence, and selfishly take advantage of others. Hubristic pride is not to be confused with the satisfaction one receives from successful performance and positive feedback. Hubristic pride is pride that has gone wrong. It allows individuals to engage in harmful acts without feeling guilt. Coaches, athletes and parents exhibit hubristic pride that causes harm to others. A lack of perspective enables individuals to choose and engage in hubristically motivated behaviour.

On the other side “The king, who  is not pride of the kingdom will become the bottleneck to the kingdom”.

I got to feel pride of  myself, my organization , the product or service which I sell…then only I can see value in it, and the best will come out of me.

Once I have chosen as leadership, I should prepare to face the challenges. Feel pride of all the challenges. Then I can feel value in it.

In an Umbrella, all the spokes were discussing, how blessed we all of us. we all of us living in a shade, the poor canvas has to drench in rain, heat in the sun… The canvas says that if all the spokes to be happy and enjoy somebody has to take heat. I am happy because of me so many spokes are enjoying.  The person who accepts the heat is a leader. He can feel value in my profession, as a leader.

The success which felt in the heart is pride, the same success goes to head it is show up as ego, The expression out of this ego is arrogance, or it is hubristic pride. Take the success always in to your heart.

“Be proud of everything, everybody around you and live so that people around you should feel proud of you”.

7.Finding True happiness in life

Finding True Happiness in Life The saying, "It is not how much we have, but how much we enjoy," encapsulates a profound truth about the pursuit of happiness. The very essence of life revolves around the pursuit of happiness, and this pursuit is fueled by hope. While the future is uncertain, we live with the hope that it holds something better for us. Consider the paradox of wealth and happiness. Many individuals amass vast fortunes and acquire material possessions beyond measure, yet they find themselves inexplicably unhappy. On the flip side, there are those who possess considerably less in terms of wealth and material goods, yet they radiate joy and contentment. Think back to a time when you yearned for something—perhaps a new car, a bigger house, or a promotion at work. You likely envisioned the happiness it would bring. But when you finally achieved your desired goal, the happiness you experienced may not have been as enduring or intense as you had imagined. Does this mea...

5.Handling Life's Ups and Downs with Maturity

"Handling Life's Ups and Downs with Maturity" We often hear the saying, "What goes up must come down," which is like Newton's third law of motion. This statement is commonly applied to our lives, and many of us see it as a rule we must follow. But is it always a negative thing? Let's explore this idea and see how we can look at it in a positive light. The Dual Nature of the Quote: The saying can be seen in both a positive and a negative way. For instance, our grandparents used to caution us that too much laughter might be followed by tears. This made us wary of being too happy. We've also heard that quick success can lead to quick failure, making us believe in the need for caution in our achievements. Embracing Positivity: We must not let this quote only bring negativity into our lives. While Newton's law talks about gravity pulling things down, this saying can also pull our emotional spirits down. It can make us see things more negatively than...
