How to Think?

When we go to school , we have been taught all the subjects like Languages, science, math’s, arts etc., Similarly when we go to colleges we have been taught corresponding subjects like physics, chemistry, biology, History, political science, sociology, accountancy, business administration etc., Everywhere we have been taught, we have learnt how to walk, how to speak, how to write, everything was taught and practiced systematically. It did not happened just like that.   But have you come across the teaching of "How to think"  in our education? Nowhere. It has been taught or practiced systematically. Hesitation kills the Courage

Neil Armstrong is the first person to set his foot in moon. But, do you know who was supposed to be the first person?  Many don't know...His name is Edwin C Aldarin...He was the pilot for the Apollo mission. He was working for the American Airforce. Moreover he had experience of space walking, hence selected as the pilot. Neil Armstrong worked for the American Navy. He was selected for his courage as Co-pilot.  When the Apollo mission landed on moon, they received a command from NASA, "Pilot first". But Aldarin was hesitant, thinking about "What will happen", "will I get sucked in or will I burn out? ". The hesitation was not for hours, but few seconds. In the meantime, NASA sent the next command, "Co-pilot next".  Within next second, Neil Armstrong put his foot on the moon & became part of world history. World history was changed in one second... Though Aldarin had the qualification and talent, because of hesitation, he is not

Yoga and meditation for trustful

The trust is derived from the dependability of another person; the dependability is derived from the reliability. The Reliability means consistently performing according to its set standards. Can we apply this for the human beings? Can we expect the consistence performance of any being?   The performance of any person is based on the mind and emotions. Do the mind and emotion are reliable/predictable to themselves? We expect the person to be trustful. When the mind and emotions are not reliable to himself.  How the person can be reliable to others? Then, can the person become trustful to the others is the big question…? No one can be defined as perfect trustful, but some people are obviously more reliable than others to you in those regards. Based on the individual priorities people define the trust and decide who can be more trust or less trust. There is no perfect trust person available. Try and control your mind and emotions as much as possible to
