Consular’s night program was conducted by FKCCI in Lalith Ashok, One of the invitee was Dr.Sudhakar , who was a consulate for the Srilank, and also in the previous month got elected as a young MLA, Govt of Karnataka. He was asked to share and he was unable to speak for a while though his English and his vocabulary was good. He was mentioning  that few months he was in the constituency by giving every day Kannada speeches. It took some time to swap himself to address the gathering in  English. Mind is divided in to two parts Conscious and subconscious mind, Conscious mind has intelligence and subconscious mind is not. Subconscious mind responds to what you store in it. This subconscious mind has gone through an error from ages. Mind is carried by time, and the time has past, present and future. We have been always told about the future not the present. From the childhood we think about, I will be happy after finishing the home work, after the examination. We will be happy after getting job, after getting promotion, after getting increments, after getting order, after getting payment. We will be happy after buying a vehicle, after buying house. I will be happy after reaching parris in the tour plan. But what about now, This is where the error is programmed in the subconscious mind. We are sending message to our subconscious mind saying my happiness is after but now we are unhappy… Unhappy person is trying to achieve a success. This error in the programming makes

Human being is rational animal.  He has born to make an inquiries and questions. More questions better knowledge of advancement and science. The whole of material civilization is based on this originally large volume of questions by young man to elders. The proper answers from the elder’s civilization make progress. We all experience as child the question raised are difficult to answer. Once the child traveling with father on the Road looking at the procession asked his father what is that, father said it is marriage procession, immediately child asked his father,  have you married? We are always inspired by people around us. I am grateful to the people around me. I have been created what I am today, by their inspiration. But we find only few who are inspiring character and role model for many life’s.   I have few role models in my life, which I want personally to meet. One among them was Dr APJ Kalam. Two years ago, he had come to Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore to deliver lecture. Where I thought I can see him closely. But entry was restricted to the IISc. Even though I tried to use the influence it was difficult to get inside.
