TRUST plays Key role of Relationship



Trust plays a key role in any sort of relationship. The Trust decides the depth of relationship.Trust is based on two main things Character and Competence.

The character is evaluated by Intent and Integrity. 
The intent  speaks about Caring , transparency and openness. 
Integrity speaks about Honesty , fairness and authenticity

The competence is evaluated by capability and Results. 
The capability speaks about skill, knowledge and experience.
The Results speaks about reputation, credibility and performance.

Trust is like a bank account, how you deposit so much you can expect from other relationship.
To build the trust we got to work on all the above ingredients and ensure all are balanced always. Only character or the competence can not build the deep relationships. Both needs to be developed which in turn boost the trust and relationship

The trust is derived from the dependability of another person; the dependability is derived from the reliability. The Reliability means consistently performing according to its set standards. Can we apply this for the human beings? Can we expect the consistence performance of any being?   The performance of any person is based on the mind and emotions. Do the mind and emotion are reliable/predictable to themselves? We expect the person to be trustful. When the mind and emotions are not reliable to himself.  How the person can be reliable to others? “What is poverty – the state of being extreme poor ”. Different people have the different poverty. Someone has poverty of wealth. some body has poverty of love, peace,  happiness, health… Everyone has the poverty. Everyone undergo the poverty. Nobody has abundance of everything.   Man was going to temple and saw the beggars sitting at the entrance and explained his child they are poor people and poverty state.
