Trust plays a key role in any sort of
relationship. The Trust decides the depth of relationship.Trust is based on two main things Character and Competence.
The character
is evaluated by Intent and Integrity. The intent speaks about
Caring , transparency and openness. Integrity
speaks about Honesty , fairness and authenticity
The competence
is evaluated by capability and Results. The capability speaks about skill, knowledge and experience. The Results speaks about reputation,
credibility and performance.
Trust is like a bank account, how you
deposit so much you can expect from other relationship.
To build the trust we got to work on all
the above ingredients and ensure all are balanced always. Only character or
the competence can not build the deep relationships. Both needs to be
developed which in turn boost the trust and relationship
