 The realisation in my life is to have  Gratitude to be happy . "Success is getting what you want and Happiness is wanting what you get."   The wanting what you get is expression of gratitude.  “Mother of all virtue is Gratitude”. I acknowledge this statement with my personal experiences. Always our body carries a basic level of happiness as predetermined point and strives to maintain it.  The Happiness drops momentarily when s omething bad event happens and set back to predetermined point after a while.   Similarly if something positive events will rises our happiness and returns to our predetermined set point. This can be called “Happiness set point”.   The   practice of Gratitude can keep you continues events of happiness and   maintains the "Happiness set point" always higher in your life.   Charity begins at hom e. Is it selfish? The flight safety demonstration says, you should wear the air mask before you help somebody or even children. The clear  message is , Help yourself   before you help others. Y ou must put on your own mask before you can help others. Typically, the scenario given is of an adult and a child, which I would assume is a parent-child situation in traveling circumstances. This has always seemed mind-boggling to me. It seems selfish and unnatural to put your own mask on first, ignoring the child  for a few minutes while you effectively "save yourself.  By not helping yourself first, you both suffer. Jesus said “Live and let live” it is not reverse. You should live to help other. Oxygen is more required to you before you try for others. If you are healthy you can make other healthy, If you are wealthy , you can make others wealthy, If   you have studied well you can teach other. This is not about   selfish....

I strongly believed the two qualities which helps us to succeed in life , creating confidence and adding a value in our life are Integrity and Discipline . It has been consistent effort on developing these to qualities for me . The Integrity is all about “ speak what you do and Do what you speak ” This definition     simplifies     to practice in   your life. Just bring the conscious about “ speak and actions.” Synchronize both will make you integrity in the character. We have developed unknowingly doing the right things when somebody is watching.   We have ignored the fact that we don’t do when somebody is not watching only put us down.  Our inner conscious is watching this split behave and get confused and store in the subconscious mind. Independents day is always celebrated by remembering the people who fought for the freedom. Speeches carry different names and their contribution to the country. We always think the story may inspire to the younger generation. Our stories carry explanation of “ how” never explained “why ” they fought. A boy was expecting Car gift from his father after successful completion of the college, From the college returned directly thinking his father would have bought a car by the time he reaches home , the moment he enters the home, expecting   the car is parked in front of his house. As he enters, father congratulates him, trying to handover a big book of Bhavad geetha . Boy was very upset, not even looking at his face,   threw the book and left the house without evening giving the chance to listen what his father what he  is saying.
