We e xpress gratitude to the freedom fighter on the day of Flag hoisting  on 15th of August  across country  and  remember the people who gave their life to get the independence to this Country.  But the truth is “We remember the people who gave something to this world” not the selfish. We don’t take an example who achieved for the self. But an other side from child hood we have been told to study well and get the rank. Get the good job so that you can earn good money. Invariably parents, relatives, neighbours, friends always give a message about get some thing  in your life than giving to this world .  Even in the education counselling, we have been counselled to choose medical or engineering so that you can earn more money. Nobody says choose engineering and serve like sir M vishweshwaraish or become doctor and serve like Mother Therasa.  Get something from this world has seeped so depth in to our mind, the moment we see a beautiful ros...

We use people to get appreciation and acknowledgement to feel good, Feeling good in me is dependent on how other person acknowledge and appreciates.  Now the question is,  Is it alright to expect other person to appreciate? If yes, the same expectation also makes, if he/she depreciate or criticise and not just opposite of appreciation, if we don't get appreciation also makes life miserable. How many of us like to listen the honest opinion like looking good or bad. Why we are miserable to accept the true opinion.  During meditation, we expect the mobile to be silent mode. At the same time, we meditate, same tune as music played in back ground. Because we accept the same back ground  music,  but we do not accept the same tune of mobile while meditating. The opinions also are in the same way, We can accept the appreciation and not the opposite of that.
