Let problems come from anywhere but solutions come from me...

“Let problem comes anywhere and solution comes from me” is a primary requirement of the leadership.

Often I see people do not like to be disturbed from the team members for any problems arise at the same time demanding better position in organization and more remuneration than what they deserve. It looks contradictory statements.

If they complain so much on the problems arise around them and at the same time cannot claim to be the best leader. If all the solutions are available in your team by themselves. Then what is the use of your leader over there.  Why do you require to be sitting there?

If you want to sit as leader you should be prepared to face all the challenges.  Accept all the people come to you with challenges and let the solution generates from you.

If somebody walks in to the cabin he should leave the cabin with the solution or with the confidence of solution will be getting from you.

But we expect shouldn’t be disturbed by the people. Every time person walks in to our desk, he is giving an opportunity to become a next level leader. “Let problems come from anywhere but solutions come from me...”

Today's maturity is different form yesterday's

Arivu  ಅರಿವು … The Maturity at which we deal today is different from the maturity with which we dealt same on yesterday. I was discussing with a good friend of mine for his decision of postponing his marriage even after late 30’s.  He questioned me, what makes difference if it is too late marriage? Suddenly did not have answer to justify. But I believe, the intimacy at innocence age has different experience and feeling than the intimacy after over maturity. Every day pass by, we add an experience. Every time we meet a person we add an experience and get matured. It is foolish to say, I am meeting today with the same maturity had yesterday. Every experience showered gives a maturity in your life. I always say in my beginning of the speech, the person walked inside this room is not the same person when you go back. It adds a new experience in his life and adds a new wisdom on to the person. And it is true the person  gets next level of maturity when...

In the face of uncertainty, the pandemic taught us invaluable lessons that we must carry forward. These lessons are a testament to the strength of the human spirit and a reminder of what truly matters in life.  Life's Fragility:   "In the crucible of the pandemic, the fragility of life became painfully evident, etched into the fabric of a personal tragedy that unfolded within the circles of my closest friends. The story began when a dear friend's husband, on a business trip to Bangalore, found himself entangled in the clutches of COVID-19. The hotel where he stayed instructed him to leave immediately and go to the hospital. However, finding a good hospital was challenging, and he sought my help. An urgent plea for help echoed from both Bangalore and Delhi, where his wife anxiously reached out to me, seeki...
